GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Casa Costa Etrusca.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Casa Costa Etrusca, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Casa Costa Etrusca sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Casa Costa Etrusca in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Casa Costa Etrusca promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for us only at the moment of the reception of the deposit (30% of the total amount) payment.

The deposit must be paid:

* within 4 days if you pay by credit transfer
* within 4 days if you pay by money order

When your reservation is confirmed you will receive a voucher (mail or fax confirmation) that must be shown at your arrival to our apartments.

Guarantee: Euro 100,00 to pay at the arrival.

Arrival (check-in): bedrooms and apartments are available after 17.00, before and not later 19.00 (in any case, the baggage can be left previously).

Departure (Check-out): bedrooms and apartments must be left before and not later 10.00 of the leaving day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the booking, the whole amount of the deposit will not be refunded.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Casa Costa Etrusca, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
